@SteveReedMP I've been a landlord for over 2yrs. I have been respectful to my tenants - fixed problems immediately, maintained rents until the tenant moved on etc. However, as these changes were signalled I decided it was time to get out of the business. 2 properties left to sell & I'm out.

@Kate_Dearden Halifax without a pool & leisure centre for 7+ years. The road works have caused delays for years (and are about to get worse). At best, the completed works show little /no improvement. And don't get me started on to the record of central govt. Agree with all these responses.
