I want to check if your team has ever tried to call the fraud CARE sales agent Mr.Vinay , ID 541479 & ask him abt the proofs that i have shared. If you can't provide any resolution to me, at least you can fire Mr Vinay. This will actually make your operations robust.

Your agent mis-sold me the policy by deliberately hiding the PED and speaking only on whatsapp.
Have already given the proofs but no one is looking to investigate. Just trying to close the ticket somehow
