اس شخص کا نام سید نعمان علی شاہ ہے ۔ تعلق راولپنڈی سے ہے ۔ اس کی فیملی راولپنڈی میں ہے ۔ یہ کویت کے Alshaya Group میں سیلز مینیجر ہے ۔ پی ٹی آئی سے وابستہ ہے ۔ دسمبر 2025 میں یہ آخر بار پاکستان آیا تھا ۔ اب سوشل میڈیا پر اپنی پوسٹس کے زریعے یہ شخص تاثر دے رہا ہے کہ یہ کشمیری ہے ۔ اپنی پوسٹس کے زریعے یہ انتشار کو ہوا دے رہا ہے ۔ پاکستان کی سیکیورٹی فورسز کے خلاف عوام کو اشتعال دلا رہا ہے ۔ سیکیورٹی فورسز پر حملوں اور شہادتوں پر خوشی کا اظہار کررہا ہے ۔

3 اسکرین شاٹس یہاں منسلک کئے جارہے ہیں ۔ اب اس کی خلاف قانون سوشل میڈیا ایکٹوٹی کا نوٹس لیا جائے گا اور قانون اپنا راستہ ب��ائے گا تو یہ شخص معافیاں مانگتا نظر آئے گا ۔ اور کچھ لوگ مہم چلائیں گے کہ پاکستان میں لوگوں کو اظہار رائے کی آزادی نہیں ہے ۔

جبکہ اس شخص کی پوسٹس واضح ہیں کہ ان کی بنیاد پر دہشتگردی اور لوگوں کو بغاوت پر اکسانے کا مقدمہ درج ہوسکتا ہے اور یہ پاکستان کے آئین سے بھی غداری ہے ۔ ہر سوشل میڈیا صارف کو زمہ داری کا مظاہرہ کرنا چاہیے کیونکہ مارخور کی نظر ہر اکاؤنٹ اور ہر پوسٹ پر ہے ۔ سوشل میڈیا کا غلط استعمال کرنے والوں کیلئے مارخور واضح کرنا چاہتا ہے کہ پاکستان کے خلاف ہر مہم کے جواب میں قانونی تقاضے پورے کئے جائیں گے اور انصاف ہوگا ۔

South Asia Rights Watch strongly condemns the violent assault carried out by members of the Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC) at CMH Rawalakot.

CCTV footage shows JAAC members storming the hospital and attacking patients, as well as injured police and Federal Constabulary personnel receiving medical treatment.

Hospitals and medical facilities must remain protected spaces at all times. Any attack on patients, healthcare staff, or wounded individuals is unacceptable and undermines the rule of law.

We call for a transparent investigation, accountability for those responsible, and immediate measures to ensure the safety of civilians, medical workers, and security personnel.

Violence is never the path to justice.

All demands of JAAC about subsidies were accepted by government last year. Now they are protesting against 12 seats of thousands of refugees from IOK.

The ongoing controversy over the 12 refugee seats in the Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Legislative Assembly is a flashpoint. Local rights groups, like the Joint Awami Action Committee (JAAC), have strongly demanded their abolition, arguing that these seats cause local political imbalance and are used for electoral engineering by federal Pakistani parties.

However, looking at the macro-level, completely dissolving or abolishing these 12 seats carries severe, cascading risks for Pakistan, Azad Kashmir, and the wider Kashmiri freedom movement. The AJK Supreme Court highlighted the constitutional protection of these seats, underscoring that they cannot be easily removed by administrative decree.

The potential damage of dissolving these seats can be broken down across four distinct dimensions:

Disastrous for Pakistan’s State Stance

Pakistan's entire legal position on the global stage depends on keeping the historical identity of the undivided 1947 princely state alive.
Destruction of the "One Unit" Legal Argument: Pakistan maintains that the regions currently divided by the Line of Control (LoC) are part of a single, unresolved disputed territory. By keeping seats open for refugees who fled Indian-administered Kashmir, the AJK Assembly symbolically represents the entire state, not just the physical borders of AJK.

Erasure of Refugee Identity: The 12 seats ensure that families who sacrificed their homes and fled persecution since 1947 and 1989 maintain an active political voice. Abolishing these seats risks politically disenfranchising this vulnerable diaspora, reducing their status from "stakeholders in a freedom movement" to mere residents of Pakistan.

A Propaganda Victory for New Delhi: India’s revoking of Article 370 in 2019 aimed to structurally and demographically alter the status of Jammu and Kashmir. If the AJK assembly dissolves its refugee seats, it allows Indian diplomats to argue on the global stage that Pakistan itself is dismantling the historical and institutional frameworks of the original Kashmir dispute.

The domestic fallout inside AJK is already unfolding on the streets.
Social Fragmentation: The demand to abolish these seats has exposed internal fault lines between the local population of AJK and the refugee populations settled across Pakistan. Pushing forward with an outright dissolution risks creating deep societal resentment and polarization.

Millions of Kashmiri refugees live in Pakistan. Stripping them of their dedicated representatives in Muzaffarabad means they lose their direct political conduit to voice grievances regarding refugee rehabilitation, property rights, and state support.
