Neither they sending the technician to re-check nor fixing the TDS. They are not refunding the amount as well. day before I received the product. Simple wasted around 18k. Attached the screenshot as well for more details. Customer care on call says technician has wrong TDS meter

TDS Meter is showing around 180 tds and app is showing 250 around. Technician told automatically it will get fixed. But customer care on call saying it's 2000. Any one is lie. I don't know who is lying?
