This man is selling water bottles @20rs per bottle and after asking for refund he is openly saying he will not return the amount and whatever you can do, do it.

He is saying he don't fear anyone, this is clear case of loot from lakhs of passengers on daily basis.

Is ths how we r supposed to expect such response from vendors in 21 century?

We r in general compartment and does that mean we are unhearable?

I will request to take strict actions.

We are making complaints about the loose connection from the wire, but the lineman doesn't seem to pay a heed of the matter.

Asked him to fix for at least 3-4 times but no response from him.Such behaviour from him doesn't seem justifiable from electricity department.

It automatically logout after few minutes and hence we are unable to save the compliant.
