1/2 @goibibo really horrible customer support or you can say no customer support. Being in travel management business it has no value for time. I had booked cab drop service but it never arrived.

2/2 When I tried to contact @goibibo it registered an issue and sent me mail with promise to look into it within 48 hours while I was waiting for the cab to arrive at the airport.
