Got an incorrect perma ban for cheating

I stopped playing for a while and recently came back to the game, a month or so ago, and yesterday night I got perma banned for cheating on my 6+ years account since beta, that I have spent 457.96€.

Eu já fiz tries para VCL 2024 mesmo antes da Ascencion, essas equipas estão a preparar um roster em condições e com tempo.
