We've been building Gemworks quietly on @Base for about a year now.

We held back the $Forever coin launch on VDay, due to short-term capital constraints.

This weekend that ends.

Thanks to @0xDeployer's @Bankrbot we'll be able to fair-launch our coin, openly, and give the handful of early supporters coins via their fee/ redistribution system.

It'll be no small task updating our entire system after the launch but we're up to the task and will be heads down getting that done after the launch of the coin.

It's unbelievable to me that 2 generations got so focused on money alone — since covid. Everything is a trade or a transaction. I see MRR in everyone's bio's and it's gross.

This isn't bad it's just a truth we all need to wake up to. We used to care about eachother — and offer real value to eachother, no money involved.

Everything is just a number now.

It's not fulfilling. It serves no one. And we are losing our humanity.

In an age of AI replacing everyone we need to remember why we get motivated, we why do anything at all, work related.

It isn't money. It's purpose.

I personally spent a few weeks mapping out the millions of people lost and stranded by the Gulf Crisis @ImStrandedOrg which shows just a small sample of the reality from just the first 10 days.

People scrambled, many got home but many more did not.

312 nations and counting were hit, 58 languages and support are offered via @ImStrandedOrg
