Saya dapat info bhw ada 17 calon Dubes asing yg sudah tiba di Jakarta tapi sampai sekarang masih MENUNGGU waktu utk memberikan surat kepercayaan kpd Presiden. Dari mereka ada yg sudah menunggu 8 bulan. Ada juga Dubes dari negara ASEAN yg menunggu 6 bulan. Karenanya, mereka belum bisa bekerja secara resmi.

Ini memberikan kesan buruk bagi negara2 sahabat yg mengirim Duta Besarnya ke 🇮🇩, apalagi Dubes 🇮🇩 di luar negeri selalu dgn cepat menyerahkan surat kepercayaan kpd host country. Tanpa menyalahkan siapapun, Mohon masalah ini dapat segera dituntaskan Istana krn menyangkut reputasi diplomatik kita.

Innalillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un.

We are outraged. An Indonesian peacekeeper is murdered. Another is fighting for his life. Israel bombed the base where they served.

This is clearly not an accident, nor a collateral damage. This is Netanyahu’s regime showing, once again, that they don’t care about international law, about UN personnel, and about the lives of those who dedicate themselves to peace.

Indonesia has gone above and beyond. We have sent over 1,200 of our troops to serve under the UN flag. The Indonesian government also joined the Board of Peace to push for a just and lasting resolution in the Middle East. We extended our hand in good faith. Yet the answer to that good faith is a bomb dropped on our soldiers’ base. They spat on every effort Indonesia has made for peace.

But let us be honest, this is not surprising. Netanyahu’s regime has shown time and again that they are indifferent to the world’s calls for restraint. They ignore UN resolutions. They strike UN facilities. They kill civilians, journalists, aid workers, and now peacekeepers. No one is off-limits. No one is safe. Sadly, it keeps going because the world keeps allowing it.

To the UN Secretary-General, we appreciate your condemnation and your condolences. But words are not enough anymore. The UN must move beyond statements. Concrete, enforceable, and urgent action is what this moment demands. The credibility of the UN is on the line. If the world body cannot protect its own peacekeepers, what exactly is it protecting?

To the nations of the world, now is the time to act together. Push for accountability. Refer those responsible to international courts. Enforce the rules that you all signed up to uphold. International law is only as strong as the willingness of nations to defend it. That willingness has been tested over and over again by Netanyahu’s regime. For countless of times, the world has failed the test.

Do not let this death be forgotten in a news cycle. Do not let this become just another statistic in a long list of violations. Demand justice. Demand accountability. Make clear that those who attack UN peacekeepers will face real consequences.

For over a year, HYBE and ADOR stood in court insisting they wanted all five members back. They repeatedly argued that the group's complete lineup and return was essential, not just to ADOR, but to the future and stability of K-pop itself.

The message was clear, without the five, the industry would suffer.

Now, after finally regaining legal control over all five members, that position has suddenly changed.

Instead of protecting the unity they once described as indispensable, they have chosen to remove one member.

This isn't a minor shift, it’s a direct contradiction. When a company spends a year making sweeping claims in court and the public, about how essential all five members are, only to act otherwise once control is secured. Those two positions cannot coexist. One of them was never true.

If all five were truly essential, this outcome would not exist. And if one member could be discarded this easily, then the courtroom narrative about unity and necessity was never about the group, it was about control.

The contradiction and sabotage is undeniable. The question is whether the world will acknowledge it and hold ADOR/HYBE accountable, or once again choose to look away.

Hari ini, Tom divonis 4,5 tahun penjara. Keputusan yang amat mengecewakan bagi siapa pun yang mengikuti jalannya persidangan dengan akal sehat, meski sayangnya tidak mengejutkan.

Selama proses berjalan, berbagai laporan jurnalistik independen dan analisis para ahli telah mengungkap kejanggalan demi kejanggalan dalam dakwaan. Fakta-fakta di ruang sidang justru memperkuat posisi Tom, tapi semua itu diabaikan. Seolah-olah 23 sidang yang telah digelar sebelumnya tak pernah ada. Seolah-olah bukti dan logika tak diberi ruang dalam proses peradilan.

Jika kasus sejelas ini saja bisa berujung pada hukuman penjara, jika seseorang seperti Tom yang dikenal dan terbukti integritasnya di pengadilan, terbuka dan disorot publik perkaranya, masih bisa dihukum semena-mena, maka bayangkan nasib berjuta lainnya yang tak punya akses, sorotan, atau kekuatan serupa.

Vonis hari ini adalah penanda bahwa keadilan di negeri ini masih jauh dari selesai. Demokrasi belum kokoh berdiri. Kita dihadapkan pada keraguan mendasar tentang kredibilitas sistem hukum, dan tentang keberanian negara menegakkan kebenaran. Ketika kepercayaan terhadap proses peradilan runtuh, maka fondasi negara ikut rapuh.

Senin lalu, Tom menyampaikan dalam dupliknya bahwa ia belajar tentang makna kata tawakkal, tentang berusaha sekuat tenaga lalu menyerahkan hasilnya pada Tuhan. Sayangnya hari ini, hasil itu belum berpihak padanya. Tapi ini bukan ujung. Ini satu babak dari perjuangan panjang untuk menghadirkan keadilan yang belum tuntas dan akan terus kita jalani bersama.

Tom dan tim pengacara masih mempertimbangkan respon terhadap putusan ini. Tapi satu hal yang jelas, kita akan terus mendukung penuh langkahnya untuk mencari keadilan sampai titik akhir. Apapun yang akan ia hadapi ke depan, kita terus pastikan bahwa Tom tidak akan pernah berjuang sendirian.
