@CraigSMorgan Big thing also is free agency and players having more control than ever to play where they want . Back over 30 years ago free agency was very rare . It’s something the league has to look into but not just Canada . Places like Buffalo Columbus and Detroit as well .
@CraigSMorgan The pressure of playing in Canada I think is big contributor. Players get suffocated in Canada . Just look at marner . High taxes and weather do play a factor . You still need a have a well run organization as well .

A ticket from the Vancouver Grizzlies home opener that I just got back today after it was on loan to @BCSportsHall
Being behind the PA mic for that buzzer beater winning game & every Grizzlies home game are fond memories that still resonate with me 🏀

Fantastic!
A lot of the frustration felt by Albertans is actually about the destructive ideology of the NDP’s mud hut wing currently running BC.
In the not too distant future, British Columbians are very likely to elect a common sense pro-growth government that will be broadly aligned with Alberta’s priorities.
We should lead, not leave, by working with our western neighbours to build big things together. That sure beats turning inward to become a landlocked statelet with no coastal access.
