@PalmerReport @thearkansasleft I've worked in the non-profit sector & seen the positives of social benefit programs but also the negatives of those gaming the system, wasteful spending, and millions of taxpayer dollars down a black hole (how's LA doing with all that spending on solving homelessness?).
