चुनाव आयोग की भूमिका है कि वो हर नागरिक के वोट की रक्षा करे, लेकिन वो लोगों के मताधिकार को अगवा कर रहे हैं।

पहले ये वोट चोरी करते थे, अब ये सीधे सीटों पर डाका डाल रहे हैं।

लोकतंत्र की रक्षा के लिए ये बहुत बड़ी लड़ाई है, जिसकी शुरुआत मध्य प्रदेश के भोपाल से हो गई है।

चुनाव आयोग ने कांग्रेस की राज्यसभा उम्मीदवार मीनाक्षी नटराजन जी का नामांकन बिना किसी कारण रद्द कर दिया।

ये लोकतंत्र पर सीधा हमला है, बाबा साहेब के संविधान पर प्रहार है।

आज इसके विरोध में मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस इंचार्ज @Barmer_Harish जी, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष @jitupatwari जी और CLP नेता @UmangSinghar जी के साथ प्रदेश के कांग्रेस नेताओं ने चुनाव आयोग कार्यालय के बाहर धरना दिया।

हम किसी भी कीमत पर लोकतंत्र की हत्या नहीं होने देंगे।

Rejecting Smt. Meenakshi Natarajan ji’s nomination to the Rajya Sabha is a blatant attempt by the BJP to destroy the democratic process in a clandestine manner. The allegation of any error or non-disclosure in her nomination is complete humbug and a desperate attempt to snatch a seat from the INC.

They stooped so low as to reject her nomination when they realised that their dirty tricks to compromise our INC MLAs is going to fail.

This shows the BJP’s hollow commitment to the Constitution and democracy. At every step of the way, they are hell-bent on Vote Chori - one way or another.

We will not take this daylight robbery of democracy lying down, and will fight this legally as well as politically on the streets tooth-and-nail.

मध्य प्रदेश में रिटर्निंग ऑफ़िसर (RO) ने हमें शाम 5:30 बजे का समय दिया, फिर भी चुनाव आयोग का कार्यालय शाम 5:30 बजे बंद हो जाता है।

अगर हम RO के फ़ैसले से असंतुष्ट हैं, तो हमें आवेदन भारतीय निर्वाचन आयोग में देना होगा, लेकिन यहां आयोग का दफ्तर शाम 5:30 बजे बंद हो गया।

यदि हम सीधे कोर्ट जाएंगे तो वहां हमें कहा जाएगा कि आप निर्वाचन आयोग के पास जाइए। हमें यहां आवेदन देना था, जिसके लिए हमें धरने पर बैठना पड़ा। यहां कोई कुछ भी सुनने को तैयार नहीं।

जब राज्यों में राज्यसभा चुनाव हो रहे हैं और चुनाव आयोग को पता है कि यदि कोई गड़बड़ी होगी तो शिकायतें हमारे पास आएंगी, मगर उसके बावजूद यहां कार्यालय 5:30 बजे बंद कर दिया गया।

आखिर ये कैसा लोकतंत्र है?

पहले तो अधिकारी मिलने को भी तैयार नहीं थे, लेकिन हम सभी जब धरने पर बैठे तो दो लोगों को आवेदन जमा करने की अनुमति दी, मानो कोई एहसान कर रहे हों। इसके अलावा, हम से कोई चर्चा भी नहीं की गई।

When a Congress delegation approached the Election Commission to challenge this decision, officials refused to even meet them, forcing the delegation to stage a sit-in outside its office.

The country is watching. Every such action raises serious questions about the independence of institutions and the health of our democracy. Democracy belongs to the people, not to those who seek to undermine it.

PM Modi and the Election Commission want to silence every democratic voice that challenges the government. But our fight to protect the Constitution and democratic values will continue. 🇮🇳

चुनाव आयोग के साथ मिलकर मोदी लोकतंत्र की हत्या करने में लगे हैं.

इसी साजिश के तहत आज मध्य प्रदेश से राज्य सभा की कांग्रेस उम्मीदवार मीनाक्षी नटराजन जी का नामांकन रद्द कर दिया गया.

इस अलोकतांत्रिक कदम के खिलाफ जब कांग्रेस का डेलिगेशन चुनाव आयोग पहुंचा तो आयोग के अधिकारी उनसे मिलने को तैयार नहीं थे.

ऐसे में कांग्रेस के डेलिगेशन को चुनाव आयोग के बाहर ही धरने पर बैठना पड़ा.

देश देख रहा है - मोदी और चुनाव आयोग कैसे लोकतंत्र को खत्म करने में लगे हैं.

At 7:25 PM, we submitted a letter to the Election Commission of India seeking an appointment with the Election Commission to file a complaint.

Even after 40 minutes, we are not being allowed to meet them.

What is happening in this country? Is this a banana republic? We need justice, and we will go to the court as well.

See what is happening in Madhya Pradesh. Without any reason, they have cancelled the nomination.

This is a clear-cut murder of democracy.

They rejected the nomination of Meenakshi Natarajan in Madhya Pradesh.

Within 30 minutes, we sent a letter to the Election Commission seeking an appointment. We then rushed here directly to submit a memorandum to the Election Commission of India, but they rejected completely.

We are responsible leaders of this country and elected representatives of the people.

Just now, we received information that one or two leaders may be allowed to submit a memorandum to the office. However, we need a physical hearing before the Election Commission to present and argue our case.

This is a clear-cut case of the murder of democracy.

If even a small element of democracy remains in this country, the Election Commission must intervene in this matter without any delay.

If they grant us an appointment tomorrow morning, we are prepared to wait until then. Otherwise, we will pursue all available legal options.

पूरा देश देख रहा है.. BJP चुनाव जीतने के लिए किसी भी हद तक जा सकती है।

इसके साथ ही चुनाव आयोग को भी अपने गिरेबान में झांकना चाहिए कि वे लोकतंत्र को किस दिशा में लेकर जा रहे हैं।

12 वर्षों की गरीब-विरोधी आर्थिक नीतियों और compromised विदेश नीति ने आज देश को ऐसे हालात में ला खड़ा कर दिया है जहाँ लाखों गरीब परिवारों और महिलाओं को लकड़ी के ज़हरीले धुएं की तरफ धकेल दिया गया है।

उज्ज्वला योजना में सब्सिडी वाले सिलेंडरों की संख्या 9 से घटाकर 4 कर दिया गया। उसपर पिछले 3 महीनों में घरेलू LPG सिलेंडर के दाम ₹89 बढ़ा दिया गया - मतलब, पहले दाम बढ़ाओ, फिर सब्सिडी घटाओ, गरीबों का चूल्हा बुझाओ।

प्रवासी मजदूरों की जीवनरेखा, 5 किलो का सिलेंडर भी ₹323 महंगा कर दिया - वो कमाएगा क्या, खाएगा क्या, और बचाएगा क्या?

अरबपति मित्रों को लाखों करोड़ों की कर्ज़माफ़ी दिलाना और गरीबों को अपनी नाकामियों का बिल थमाना - ये लूट का मोदी मॉडल है।

मोदी जी, क्या आपकी नाकामियों का बोझ सिर्फ गरीब उठाएंगे? क्या आपकी बनाई इस चरमराती अर्थव्यवस्था की कीमत मजदूर, किसान, महिलाएं और मध्यम वर्ग ही चुकाएंगे?

ये मध्य प्रदेश का बड़वानी है।

हाथों में फावड़ा और कुदाल लिए गांव वाले ख़ुद ही पहाड़ काटकर रास्ता बना रहे हैं, ताकि गांव को मुख्य सड़क से जोड़ा जा सके।

लोगों ने बताया कि रास्ता ना होने के कारण उन्हें बहुत तकलीफें झेलनी पड़ती हैं। महिलाओं को डिलीवरी के समय अस्पताल पहुंचाना मुश्किल हो जाता है।

गांव वालों ने प्रशासन से कई दफ़ा रास्ता बनवाने की मांग की, अफसरों के चक्कर काटे, लेकिन किसी ने सुध नहीं ली।

मध्य प्रदेश में 20 साल से BJP की सरकार है, पर लोग आज भी सड़क, बिजली, पानी जैसी बुनियादी जरूरतों के लिए परेशान हैं।

ये BJP का फ़र्ज़ी मॉडल है, जहां काम सिर्फ़ कागजों में दिखाकर सत्ता में बैठे नेता-मंत्री मलाई काटते रहते हैं।

शर्म आनी चाहिए।
