@Kambeckant69993@Butwhythough12@christufton Pseudo intellectualism is a hell of a thing. No group of people understand how administrative decisions affect patient care more than doctors. Oh and you'd be shocked how many doctors are formal management training
@BrayForJade Dumb armchair logic. It's the reason Healthcare is so expensive in the US. Everyone practicing defensive medicine. People have no clue what negligence actually is.
@cee_suella No one ever died from not being shown empathy. They die from a lack of resources or service availability. Hope this helps your understanding...
@MasMobay@christufton No shit Sherlock. Obviously the ones appointed would've demonstrated appropriate leadership skills. Tell us about how great a job the the people who are 'prepared' to be CEO are doing at the hospitals...
@Kambeckant69993@christufton You aren't making any sense. You have no actual evidence for your position other than anecdotes. Doctors manage their teams and junior staff- not the CEO ...So ridiculous to assume that people of a higher IQ level, disciplined and obviously good time managers wouldn't be capable
@Kambeckant69993@christufton Rubbish. Managing a medical firm, patients and their families is an extremely difficult thing. How many of them fail to properly manage their private practices??
@Kambeckant69993@christufton I don't follow. Being a good doctor means they a far more likely to be a good manager since half of their job is managing people. How many CEOs of hospitals in Jamaica are medical doctors?? What's the basis of your position??
