Watching a GDQ at home after visiting on in person made it hit different. Wish I had a better excuse to go to future events but I didn't know anyone and while the peace of a solo trip was nice it didn't really justify itself. Wish I went to GDQ when I was younger.
I have a daily ritual of playing the Binding of Isaac daily run that has gone mostly uninterrupted for the last eight years (I'm not even the only guy I know who does this). Very zen.
Pizza Tower is also really good of course, and Into The Breach was slept on so hard.
Built a PC recently for AAA titles like Starfield after being in laptop hell for a long time.
LITTLE DID I KNOW that my tastes had shifted so hard towards lightweight indie games that AAA just feels like an overwhelming mess now.
