🔶Cathie Wood - and her company Ark Invest 21Shares applies for Spot Ethereum ETF. This would be the first spot Ethereum ETF in the US

🔶 #DOJ - ordered the freezing of Alex Mashinsky's bank accounts. Mashinsky (Former Celsius CEO) is facing seven criminal charges related to fraud and misleading investors

🔶Sam Bankman-Fried's- Request for release before his trial is denied by judge. Trial is set for October

🔶Google- Will now allow crypto-related Ads starting Sept. 15. Advertisers will be able to promote blockchain video games that use NFTs. However gambling-related crypto games and games that offer token staking rewards will be restricted

🔶Roman Storm- Tornado Cash cofounder has pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit money laundering. Prosecutors allege that Tornado Cash laundered over $1 billion in criminal proceeds
