C. Vikram Singh, a musician from Manipur, objected to the noise and nuisance outside his home in Delhi. He was beaten to death.

One could dismiss this as an isolated incident of drunken violence. But there is more to it.

This happened after years of the government normalising and legitimising loud DJs, public ruckus and the blatant disregard for rules. Instead of enforcing the law consistently, those in power have too often looked the other way - creating a culture of impunity.

The government may not have wielded the bat that killed Vikram Singh. But it cannot escape responsibility for creating the environment that led to his murder.

मार्च में NIA ने कहा- वह बिना परमिट मिज़ोरम गया, अवैध रूप से म्यांमार की सीमा पार की और वहाँ armed groups को हथियार एवं drone warfare की ट्रेनिंग दी।

इसके बाद अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री दिल्ली आते हैं। अमेरिकी राजदूत Sergio Gor भारत के विदेश सचिव के सामने उसका मामला उठाते हैं।

और अब NIA की पहली चार्जशीट से UAPA यानी आतंकवाद की धाराएँ ही गायब हैं।

सवाल तो फिर भी खड़ा है- छह महीने तक जेल में रखने के बाद भी आतंकवाद के आरोप चार्जशीट में क्यों नहीं टिके?

इसके दो ही अर्थ दिखाई देते हैं-

या तो आतंकवाद के आरोप शुरू से खोखले थे। फिर एक व्यक्ति को छह महीने तक आतंकवादी बताकर जेल में रखने की जवाबदेही किसकी है?

या फिर मोदी सरकार एक बार फिर अमेरिकी दबाव के आगे झुक गई।

देश जानना चाहता है- मामला राष्ट्र��य सुरक्षा का था या विदेश नीति के नाम पर राजनीतिक सौदेबाज़ी का?

कल दिल्ली में एमपी के 5 लड़के मिले जो 800 किमी साइकिल चलाकर रतलाम से दिल्ली पहुंचे हैं। राहुल गांधी जो कर रहे हैं उससे ये प्रभावित हैं और एक बार राहुल गांधी से मिलना चाहते हैं।
इनसे थोड़ी सी बात हुई तो इन लोगों ने रास्ते में हुई परेशानियों के बारे में बताया जैसे हरियाणा में एक जगह पुलिस ने रोका और हरियाणा में ही एक जगह कोई व्हाट्स ऐप अंकिल मिले उन्होंने इन लड़कों को बहुत हड़काया कि क्यों जा रहे हो क्या करोगे मिलकर और राहुल गांधी के लिए अपशब्दों का इस्तेमाल भी किया।

मुझे लगता है हवा बदल रही है व्हाट्स ऐप अंकिल लोग और ज्यादा कट्टर और बेवकूफ होते जा रहे हैं और नई पीढ़ी स��� समझने लगी है...🚴‍♀️
