@virginmedia I’ve raised a complaint with your team last Thursday. They told me to expect a call back by Tuesday. Still nothing. You have £150 of my money! I can’t afford to be overcharged by this amount, the service is disgusting considering I have a mortgage with you too!

@virginmedia Your team advised that there was an error on your end so I’m being charged £52 a month for broadband rather than £17.99, I took the 18 month contract out in April 2022 so 5 months ago, the first 3 bills were correct but since then I’m being overcharged significantly

@virginmedia told that u will investigate and get back to me many times, initially I was told that the issue was rectified and you will credit my account, i received no credit and been billed at £52 again! I called up after this and again told you will get back to me, but not heard anything
