SC category is not homogeneous.
SC category has ~1200 castes & one SC caste cannot represent another SC caste because they all think only about their own caste's benefits.

Chirag Paswan only thinks about his own SC caste, not about other SC castes who are deprived of reservation benefits.

Similarly,
Yadavs don't think about Nishad.
Meenas don't think about Bheels.
