💔 This is not suicide; it’s an institutional murder. 💔
A poor farmer couple toiled day and night , doing labor work and sugarcane cutting ;to educate their daughter. That daughter, full of determination and compassion, became Dr. Sampada Munde. 👩⚕️🌾
For the past year, local police officials and political figures had been pressuring her to file false medical and postmortem reports.
But Dr. Sampada, fearless and honest, refused to surrender her integrity. 💪
For months, she fought a lonely battle against the dark forces within the system.
In the end, this very corrupt system crushed her spirit and took her life. 😢
This is not suicide !!
this is a murder by the system that failed to protect its own healer.
A farmer’s daughter who lived to serve society has become a victim of the same institutions meant to deliver justice. 💔
If we don’t raise our voices today,
tomorrow every home may lose another “Dr. Sampada.”
🙏 #JusticeForDrSampada
Her sacrifice must not go in vain.
A farmer’s dream was burned alive now it’s time to ignite the flame of justice. 🕯️

🚨 POLICE ACTION AGAINST DOCTORS EVEN AT MIDNIGHT!
Doctors peacefully observing an indefinite hunger strike outside Eco Garden, Lucknow, were reportedly taken to a hospital against their will late at night amid a heavy police presence.
Why is the government so uncomfortable with doctors demanding their legitimate rights?
The government expects doctors to serve in rural areas, but is it not equally responsible for ensuring fair salaries, safety, and dignity?
No security. No fair salary. No dignity. Then why would doctors choose to serve in rural areas?
@PMOIndia@narendramodi@myogiadityanath@INCIndia@priyankagandhi@yadavakhilesh
Even while holding a peaceful hunger strike, doctors are being subjected to such disrespectful treatment by the police. Doctors deserve dignity and respect, not harassment or mistreatment.
We demand dignity.
We demand our rights.

DOCTORS HUNGER STRIKE
Bonded doctors across UP announced an indefinite hunger strike from 16 October 2026 Over Pay Disparity
CHC/PHC Rural doctors reportedly receive only ₹50,000–₹65,000 monthly despite the same two-year service bond.
Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak reportedly promised a Government Order by 3 September, but the final GO remains pending.
Doctors also demand a public apology over alleged police brutality and repeated detentions between 12–15 October.
& Immediate implementation of the promised GO and equal pay for equivalent service.
Shouldn’t doctors serving in rural areas be better paid, protected, and encouraged for their service to society?

🩺 PROTESTS INTENSIFY ACROSS STATES OVER POLICE ACTION AGAINST DOCTORS IN LUCKNOW! ✊
GMC Azamgarh Raises a United Voice in Support of Doctors!
Today, interns and medical students from the 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 batches of GMC Azamgarh united to hold a peaceful rally protesting the incident involving doctors in Lucknow.
Doctors serve patients day and night, often working in rural areas without adequate facilities, essential resources, or a safe working environment. Instead of encouraging them with better salaries, improved infrastructure, and proper working conditions, the use of force against protesting doctors raises serious concerns.
Does the government truly want to strengthen rural healthcare?
If so, why are doctors serving in underserved rural areas not being provided with better pay, adequate facilities, and a dignified working environment?
Suppressing doctors’ voices will not solve these problems. Their concerns must be heard, their demands addressed, and their safety ensured.
RESPECT DOCTORS. PROTECT DOCTORS. STRENGTHEN RURAL HEALTHCARE.
UNITED FOR DOCTORS. UNITED FOR JUSTICE. ✊🩺

SILENT PROTEST ,UTTAR PRADESH
Bonded doctors in #Lucknow staged a silent protest, covering their mouths with tape to demand justice and equal pay.
While bonded doctors in several government medical colleges reportedly receive an average monthly salary of around ₹1 lakh, doctors at some colleges are reportedly paid only avg ₹50,000 despite similar qualifications and bond obligations.
The government is requested to look into this disparity, ensure transparency in salary payments, and investigate any irregularities in the institutions concerned.
If the government has already assured doctors that their demands would be addressed, why is the promised action still pending?
Doctors need justice &equal treatment

🚨 FEMALE DOCTOR & PHC STAFF ATTACKED ON DUTY IN TELANGANA
A disturbing incident of violence against healthcare workers has been reported from Pochampally PHC, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district, Telangana.
According to reports, a man, identified as Dudyala Venkata Thirupathi, visited the PHC for treatment of a leg injury. After the dressing was completed, he became aggressive and attacked three PHC staff members, including two women.
The duty doctor, Dr K. Swetha, was also reportedly attacked, and her stethoscope was allegedly taken away. A computer at the PHC was also reportedly damaged.
“No good doctor wants to work in village…”
People often say this!!
But think for a moment -if your sister or daughter were on night duty at a PHC, and after treating a patient, she herself was attacked, would you want her to work in such an environment?
Doctors don’t fear serving rural India. They fear being unsafe while doing their duty.

🚨 BRUTAL PHYSICAL VIOLENCE AGAINST DOCTORS AT FIROZABAD MEDICAL COLLEGE, UP
A 28-year-old patient died around two hours after being admitted with abdominal pain and vomiting. Relatives alleged medical negligence, after which the confrontation reportedly escalated into physical violence against doctors and medical staff inside the ward.
Trauma centres handle huge number of patients every day, with doctors and medical staff available 24×7, working under immense pressure to provide timely and appropriate treatment to every patient.
Despite the hard work and commitment of healthcare workers, is violence against doctors really justified?
Allegations of negligence should be investigated. But assaulting doctors can never be the solution.

When I was in Madurai Medical College Oasis Hostel,
One person wanted AC in his room. As usual Hostel Management refused. The matter came to the Dean.
Prof. Dr. Balakrishna Rao Sir was the Dean. He patiently explained that the wiring in hostel was designed for 10 amp plugs and you can use it for tube lights, fans, reading lamps etc.
To use AC, you need wiring which can handle higher loads. Using heavy electrical equipment in the routine low amp wiring may cause electric short circuit and even lead to fire accidents
He said "Apply for a new 3 Phase, Pay for it, Pay for Fresh Wiring to your room, Give a declaration that if EB Bills are not paid, it can be deducted from your caution deposit and we will permit. short circuit"
What was solved 23 years ago in the adjacent district medical college under the same state government need not be a problem in Virudunagar
Even in this case The Management could have asked PWD for high amp wiring and allowed students to use Kettles, Boilers, Air Friers etc
Times have changed
Management also must change with time
PS : I am pleasantly surprised that the new generation students want to eat healthy.
Unpopular opinion:
Why are doctors from the best government colleges still choosing to practice in this filthy, jahil country?
झाट भर लोगों में manners नहीं हैं। Overworked, under-respected, filthy working conditions.
Choose life. PLEASE.
#doctors@Indian__doctor
This is exactly the point of the protest.
If you are present on duty 24 hours a day, then why do you need to repeatedly call and disturb another doctor?
Why do you expect another doctor to be available every time you call?
Are doctors not human beings?
Don’t they need rest and sleep?
Don’t they have a right to their personal time and family life?
Doctors are professionals, not 24×7 machines.
