He had filed an FIR and also seen the CCTV video(very poor quality) of Kirti nagar platform. After 1-2 days of incident, his phone was traced near Pakistan Border.

These pickpocket seems to travel to and fro from Kirti Nagar to Satguru Ram singh Marg looking for soft targets.

Daily travellers of @OfficialDMRC faces major Security threat from gangs of pickpocket at interchange stations and station handling huge crowds.

Today, someone tried to takeout expensive smartphone of my friend while boarding metro for Bahadurgarh from Kirti Nagar @6:55PM

My friend was alert and he tried to shout and catch the hand of the culprit. But, due to huge crowd, his phone was dropped on platform and culprit vanished taking advantage of chaos on platform.

Another passenger narrated similar incident happened a month ago.

Pathways, Stairs, parking areas and grnd floor of the elevated stations of RK Ashram Marg and Brigadier Hoshiar Singh are dirty, not getting cleaned and have stinky smell. Stations are crowded by beggars and street vendors near station entrance. Swift Action needed

At present, people block the gates and don't let female passengers deboard at last stoppage.

Instead, they try to board the coach by pushing female passengers and create ruckus at last stoppages.
