there’s very little that competes with a good, ripe mango!
bright aam ras, rich with the sweetness of the season, served alongside a delicate puri that brings texture and crunch to every spoonful.
lite tasting menu, now serving.
a shorter progression of courses, shaped for how people want to dine today, lighter, more flexible, and still complete in its experience.
thoughtfully put together, one course at a time.

Growing up in an Italian household, I always thought Indian cuisine was just take out type food. Was I ever impressed & surprised the first time I saw fine dining Indian cuisine 10 years ago at @Indian_Accent in #NewDelhi 🇮🇳
hibiscus at the base, layered with ginger and a gentle spice, served over ice and kept light for the season. a cooler way to kickstart your meal!

from forest floor to fine plate, kashmiri morels speak for themselves—earthy, rare, and deeply flavoured. handled with restraint, their character stays intact, transforming into a dish that’s precise, refined, and quietly elegant.

At Indian Accent, Delhi, the vegan menu is all about food that’s comforting and full of flavour with dishes like dahi vada with luxardo cherries, pumpkin bitterballen with mustard coconut, green jackfruit with phulka and chutneys.
Had an incredible lunch at @Indian_Accent at The Lodhi. What stands out is how thoughtfully it lets you experience the depth and nuance of Indian flavours. My third visit to Indian Accent after New York City and Mumbai and I’m still in Awe.
Thanks @barandbroken for the treat 😌
a seafood trio: scallops, seabass, prawn: served with kerala ‘istoo’ and asparagus. a balanced, refined combination.

the season calls for good food and generous moments, and our christmas menu brings both to the table. enjoy blue cheese & munakka naan with gajar methi shorba, winter truffle and new potato chaat, baked paneer with nut confit, and grilled trumpet mushrooms with xo balchao.
a pair of dumplings that approach flavour differently - one built on lotus root and water chestnut, the other on slow-cooked lamb and aab gosht, meeting in a yakhni base that ties everything together.
