Though I am for #PopulationControl Bill but I have strong opinion that parents should be penalized for producing more than 2 children but 3rd & onward children should not be discriminated and enjoy same benefits as 1st & 2nd child

Rightly said. #India#SupremeCourt
CJI: Gurajada gave a universal definition to the concept of nation. He said a nation is not merely a territory. A nation is essentially its people. Only when its people progress, the Nation progresses”.
What the Hon'ble Court has said is definitely right. Right to Protest is Fundamental Right under Article 19(1)(a) & (b). But at same time, care has to be taken that during protests we do not try to attack on Unity & Integrity of the State

SC observed that words “shall endeavor to secure” u/Art 44 of Constitution means that efforts would be taken by Parliament to implement #UCC
But Parliament focused only upon Hindus & left aside other religions, resulting in enactment of 2 different Personal laws

“On formation of Constituent Assembly in 1946, Babasahab #Ambedkar focused on making One such law (and not Multiple Laws) which would help in improving and protecting the Human Rights in Indian Society.”
