RIFLEMAN JASWANT SINGH RAWAT
4 GARHWAL RIFLES
let us honor the courageous Rfn Jaswant Singh Rawat, MahaVirChakra (P). In the face of a formidable Chinese assault at Nuranang, Arunachal Pradesh, he kept fighting unwaveringly until his last breath.
🇮🇳❤️ These are the stories of two Kargil War heroes whose courage helped India achieve victory—but at an unimaginable personal cost.
Meet Deepchand Singh and Uday Singh, two brave Indian soldiers who fought fearlessly during the 1999 Kargil War, playing a crucial role in defeating the Pakistani Army under some of the most challenging battlefield conditions. They returned home as heroes, but the war changed their lives forever.
Deepchand Singh, who served in a missile regiment, recalled that for nearly 60 days the Indian Army relentlessly pushed back Pakistani forces in the mountains of Kargil, refusing to stop until victory was secured. During the intense fighting, an artillery shell exploded near him, leaving him critically injured. His survival was considered almost impossible. In the line of duty, he lost both his legs and one arm while defending the nation.
Uday Singh was also deployed in the Kargil War, serving in the strategically vital **Tiger Hill** sector—one of the fiercest and most decisive battlefields of the conflict. As he and his fellow soldiers climbed the steep slopes toward enemy positions, Pakistani troops opened heavy fire. More than ten of his comrades were killed in the attack.
Despite the devastating losses, Uday Singh continued to fight with extraordinary courage. He helped eliminate several enemy soldiers and saved the lives of many of his fellow troops. But the battle came at a heartbreaking price—he lost both of his legs.
These brave warriors sacrificed their limbs, but never their spirit.
Their courage reminds us that the freedom we enjoy today was earned through extraordinary sacrifice by soldiers who placed the nation above their own lives.
Today, Deepchand Singh and Uday Singh continue to inspire generations of young Indians, proving that true heroes are defined not by what they lose, but by what they stand for.
🇮🇳🫡

Nb Sub Chunni Lal, AC (P) VrC SM laid down his life for the country on this day 19 yrs ago in #Kashmir
Proudly recall he was awarded VrC on LoC when I was CO.
Read his story in my book BRAVEST OF THE BRAVE
Krishna says in Bhagwad Gita, अहम बीजप्रद: पिता, I am the seed giving father for all the living entities.
The same Lord Krishna in order to reciprocate the love and devotion of His dear devotees even agrees to become their son and reciprocate their parental mellow.
Check what the father is saying: "Abdullah is not ready to write the exam again"/
This is despite the fact that he received his admit card with Nagpur as exam center.
Now, NTA has revealed that the exam centre was chosen as Abu Dhabi using the candidate's own login credentials.
People were already blaming the NTA and making fun of NTA for this
But it's pretty easy to guess what happened here
If the venue was changed to Abu Dhabi using the candidate's own login credentials, then it appears likely that the candidate did it himself because he did not want to appear for the exams.
27 years of #Kargil#OnThisDay, 20 June 1999, Point 5140 — the highest enemy-occupied post in the #Tololing area — was recaptured after a fierce battle.
#LestWeForgetIndia 🇮🇳 A company of 13 JAK RIF, led by Captain Vikram Batra, assaulted the fortified enemy position. He personally killed four intruders in a hand-to-hand fight. After heavy fighting, Point 5140 was captured by 0330 hours on 20 June.
At 0435 hrs, Capt Batra radioed his command post, uttering the four words now immortalised — "Yeh Dil Maange More." 🏵️
His words weren’t just a victory cry — they became the heartbeat of the nation.
For decades, political convenience shaped which histories were celebrated and which were forgotten- NOT ANYMORE!
Now, we proudly celebrate the life and times of bravehearts like Birangana Sati Sadhani, who is synonymous with valour.
For us, Vikas and Virasat go hand in hand.
On this day in 2000,
India lost Braveheart

This is Iranian singer Parastoo Ahmadi. She has been sentenced to 74 lashes for performing without a hijab.
If the same singer were banned from performing "for wearing a hijab" anywhere in the non-Islamic world, the whole world would be screaming about human rights. Why? Because the hijab is only called a "choice" when women want to wear it, not when they are forced to by Mullahs.
Claim : NEET Candidate Abdulla Mohammad Talib selected Nagpur but he was alloted Abu Dhabi as Examination Centre.
Reality :
> NTA opened City Correction window and approved 3.2 Lakh requests for Location change.
> 99.5% got the location they wanted for the re-neet examination
> For Abdullah Talib, a technical investigation was done to find the root cause of location issue
> NTA found that the candidate himself changed the location to Abu Dhabi from his own credentials.
> The issue was from the students side and not NTA
> Still NTA allowed him to update the location to Nagpur
This is how the community defames our institutions for their hate for Modi and RSS!!
Share this so that it reaches to everyone!!
The only good news possible, out of the stand up comedy issue, is that, as per reports, everyone is sensitized to the fact that this RICH medical student got into the prestigious Seth GS/KEM Mumbai College on a Reserved category Seat.
So undeserving because she is rich.
An economically backward student from the reserved category should have got that seat.
Can a militarily stronger nation still assume political victory?
Vietnam, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Gaza and the Persian Gulf suggest a disturbing trend: battlefield superiority increasingly does not guarantee political success.
Perhaps the biggest lesson of modern warfare is that winning battles and achieving objectives are no longer the same thing.
