Today is Election Day.

As Indian Americans, we have come to this country legally through the American made visa programs. Worked hard for jobs and paid the taxes due each year. Nothing under the table. Naturalized after long wait times. Raised incredible families. All while receiving very little recognition in American media.

Now they are saying you are not American. Your US citizen children are not American. The drug use and crime in other communities are now our fault?? Coming straight from this GOP administration. They are trying to strip us of our achievements that we worked hard for. That we sacrificed for. Simply for being the wrong color and religion. Always moving the goal posts of the social contract so we always miss the goal.

Today is where things can start to change when you cast your vote. Politics is supposed to be a marketplace for agendas and ideas. Not a place for groyper fever dreams of Gestapo parades and deportations. Your vote is the currency to ensure the market values the ideas and agendas correctly.
