Indian railway become very poor, booked ticket for 3A and now it shows 3rd AC Economy! It’s very uncomfortable and I always get suffocating in the berth due to small size. Please help me to change my seat to 3rd AC.

It’s been 10days and I am unable to return a defective (Order ID - OD427816325758543100) product for refund.. First I was told for replacement and then it was cancelled, then I was promised for refund that also cancelled without any explanation. @flipkartsupport @Flipkart

@_Kalyan_K Sorry to say Sir, Flipkart customer service not helpful to the customer at all. It’s very hard to resolve issues while I received a defective product and no one it’s seems helping me to return it for refund.
