@O2 Hours upon hours of time wasted dealing with call centre staff who don’t seem to grasp the English lauguage. Wrong info wrong decisions. Different bills by letter than only. Nila for none existent reasons. Been trying to sort since end of Feb but just getting worse. It’s a nightm

@O2 Shaking with despair. in Feb due to a mess they almost terminated my account. I lost hours with this mess with wrong bills. Today got a letter dated 4 days ago saying i owed nearly £1300 by tomorrow! Its gone to complaints after another 2 hours on the phone today. 02 Nightmare!
