I’m purchasing a watch(colorfit pro 3 Alpha) on 2nd May 2022. Few days back its stop working. When I complain against of that on official noise website they just given me the complain id(1418570). After that till now no one contact with me & also I don’t received any mail. #noise

still my problem not resolve. i received a mail from amazon on 30th april,2021. there was mention that wait for 2-4 days they will inform me but no one contact me & i don't get any mail from amazon. this is the horrible experience from #Amazon.
very disappointed.
