I have been following up for over a month with your Velachery Bypass Road branch regarding a lien marked on my account on 08/02/2026.
I was never informed about the reason for this lien. The branch keeps saying “we will update in 2 days” or “mail DC Tambaram,” but no response, no clarity, no support till now.
As a differently-abled person, I am unable to visit the branch repeatedly. Yet I am left without any proper guidance or resolution. Please note that this situation has caused me mental stress and financial inconvenience for a month.
If a customer is not even given a proper reason for a lien, how are we supposed to trust the banking system? I have emailed, called, and followed every instruction given by the branch but there is zero accountability.
This is my final request before escalating the issue further. I have all email proofs and timelines showing that I have been trying to get answers since the lien was marked on 08/02/2026, but the branch has not offered any proper guidance.
I am not asking for favours only for the basic right to know why my account has a lien and how to resolve it. The lack of response is deeply disappointing.
Please escalate this to the concerned team urgently and provide a clear update without further delay.
I request senior officials to intervene immediately and provide a clear explanation and fast resolution.
