I don’t know how accurate the reporting is regarding Iran’s supposed new offer to end the war by lifting the blockade, opening the strait and dealing with the other issues later. But all I can say is I understand why Iran would make that offer.
I am confident not only would that offer be unacceptable, but it also tells you all you need to know about the true state of play regarding negotiations. This is an offer that ignores the strong positions President Trump has rightfully taken regarding Iran’s nuclear operations and desire to be the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism.
To have a successful negotiation you have to have two willing partners. Clearly, if this offer is accurate, Iran is playing games.
Mr. President, stick to your guns for the good of the nation and the world. The Iranian regime and their behavior is the problem, not you.

To our allies in Europe and throughout the Middle East: If you don’t believe Iran with a nuclear weapon would eventually be your war – you have missed a lot.
Through Midnight Hammer and Epic Fury, @POTUS acted in the nick of time to prevent a nuclear armed Iranian regime. Past administrations failed to effectively confront this threat. The JCPOA empowered the regime and was the dumbest deal since the Munich Agreement of 1938. If I were you, I would help President Trump keep the Strait of Hormuz open, which benefits you more than anyone. I would also go further and recommend you more openly assist President Trump’s efforts to end the evil that has emanated from the Iranian regime since 1979. This would give the people of Iran an opportunity to live the life that we have become accustomed to in the civilized world.
President Trump’s request that Australia grant asylum to five female Iranian soccer players was truly the right decision and shows a deep understanding of Iran as it currently exists. To our friends in Australia, thank you for granting the asylum request.
Like President Trump, I hope there will soon be a day where new people will lead Iran, and young women can pursue their lives without fear.
Well done @POTUS.
When it comes to the future of the region and that of the Iranian people, the son of the late murderous ayatollah is not the change we’re looking for. He has lived large as the Iranian people have suffered and he’s been on the front lines of pushing hate because he too is a religious Nazi. I believe it’s just a matter of time before he meets the same fate as that of his father — one of the most evil men on the planet.
To the Iranian people: stand firm. Your liberation is at hand.
The fight to end the largest state sponsor of terror is a just and noble cause.
I’m thankful President @realDonaldTrump has chosen the side of the people, and I urge our European allies to do the same.
It’s not a value if it only applies to you and your backyard.
It’s time for our European allies to have moral clarity when it comes to the Iranian people and their fight for freedom.
Welcome news and so pleased to hear that France, Germany and the UK are going to join the fight to help sink the mothership of terrorism in Iran.
To the leaders of these countries, thank you. The Iranian people will be inspired by your decision.
I truly believe this will be a game changer, expediting the demise of this horrible regime that has American and European blood on its hands. Well done and God bless.
America stands ready for a new and better relationship with Iran, one without the threat of its previous regime.
However, the choice of their next leader belongs solely to the Iranian people.
Like all Americans, I am heartbroken to lose the best among us — our men and women in uniform — in a struggle with a vicious enemy.
To make sure that our service members do not sacrifice in vain, we must finish the job.
The cause of taking down the largest state sponsor of terrorism, the regime in Iran, is a noble cause and it must be completed.
The worst thing that can happen for our military members is for their sacrifice not to count. It’s imperative we finish the job and sink the mothership of terrorism, the Iranian regime, forever.
The leader of the America First movement knows exactly what he’s doing.
This operation makes America safer, puts our enemies on notice, and restores our standing on the world stage.
Well done, President @realDonaldTrump.
I fervently pray that the long suffering people of Iran will have their oppression ended soon. I also fervently pray that we’re on the verge of a new dawn in the Middle East, with historic opportunity for lasting peace and prosperity.
As to our allies in Israel, President Trump and all under his command, your bravery has set in motion the end of evil and darkness, and the beginning of the light.
Well done.
To any dealmaker regarding Iran: please understand your deal will have to come to the Senate and be tested. When it comes to matters like this, it’s not about a political party to me. I am going ask the hard questions no matter who presents the deal.
To say I’m suspicious that the ayatollah and his regime will change and keep their word is the biggest understatement in history. I would also caution, beware of anything that comes from Oman.
It is clear to me that the best and only long term answer is to stand with the Iranian people and demand regime change.
To say I’m disappointed in the joint statement by leaders from France, Germany and the UK regarding Operation Epic Fury is an understatement.
It is so sad to see western democracies lose their passion for justice and a sense of right and wrong the further away from their shores the event occurs. Everyone in Europe is rightly impassioned about Russia invading Ukraine. But when it comes to the long suffering people of Iran, Europe has been pathetic.
To the leaders of France, Germany and the UK: the Iranian people are not wrong to demand the end to their oppression from the bloodthirsty ayatollah’s regime that has American and European blood on their hands. You collectively are the ones that are wrong by refusing to come to the Iranian people’s aid and adding insult to injury, you’re suggesting we should continue to negotiate with religious Nazis. It is pathetic. How far Western Europe has fallen.
To the Iranian people: President Trump heard your cries. Help has arrived in large measure.
To our European allies: you have gone pathetically soft and lost your zeal for confronting evil apparently unless it’s on your front porch.
So sad.

A word of advice to our regional Arab partners and other allies: get behind President Trump and go all in to ensure the ayatollah’s Iran, which has become the largest state sponsor of terrorism in the world is no more.
Stand with the people and stand against the ayatollah. You won’t regret it if you do.
I was incredibly honored to be able to speak in Munich, Germany at a rally of 250,000 supporting the brave Iranian people. Being in the company of so many demanding freedom and justice was inspiring and one of the highlights of my life.
I have chosen the Iranian people over the ayatollah. I believe they could be good allies of the United States and would march the region toward the light.
I believe the ayatollah is a religious Nazi, who would keep the region and the world in turmoil. He's a religious fanatic who wants to purify Islam, destroy the Jewish people and come after the United States, which he refers to as the Great Satan.
2026 is the time of choosing. I've chosen the brave Iranian people over their oppressor. I do believe help is on the way.
