@BARACAPTAINBARA $1.11 billion. That could have been aid sent to Indiana to help Hoosier caregivers who have lost their income. And for a lot their only source of income. And Indiana needs someone who can manage the budget better than this! The state 1000% "screwed the pooch" with this one.
