@AskPS_UK I'm having problems with Overwatch. After the last update, the game freezes and crashes my console (happened with earlier updates too). I've tried reinstalling it and rebuilding the database, but the game keeps crashing. Blizzard sent me to you. Can you help? Thanks!

@AskPS_UK Hi, I did as you suggested, but the game is still crashing. On the last few reinstalls we have been able to get the game past the intro screen, but as soon as we try and start a Quick Play match, it crashes again. Not sure what else we can try?

@AskPS_UK Hi, I have contacted Blizzard through the chat but they say they do not support the console version as they have no direct access to the game on PS4 and can't diagnose my files. So basically they are no help at all and told me to contact Sony.

@AskPS_UK It's only with Overwatch, the update was for the game itself. It said the game was corrupted afterwards. Has been happening with previous updates too, but then reinstalling would solve the issue. Now that doesn't even work, still crashes whenever I try to open the game.
