Today for police verification at police station, I received an SMS from the officer asking for unnessary documents like parents address proof, birth certificate and others when I had my freshly received passport, Ids and other docs.

The documents presented to PSK for passport more than enough to submit for Police verification for Tatkal passport, along with passport size photo. If yes, then please let me know why the documents accepted by PSK were rejected by Police.

@blrcitytraffic why is a barricade just opposite to a senior police officer's house at MCEHS Layout jakkur. That road has a BESCOM and a playschool. It's a bylane. The same officer has parked on the road and has the ramp to home encroaching public road.

Day 2 of seeking help. Being pressured via personal SMS from an officer for PV for non-mandatory docs like parents address proof. Is privacy of data provided for @passportsevamea no longer respected? Requesting to look into this.
