The assembly is more than a convening but rather a conversation and voice of African philanthropy actors across the continent and its diaspora. It is an affirmation of our core purpose to promote voice and action for African philanthropy by creating spaces where philanthropy support organizations and individuals can interrogate and intervene on how to transform power dynamics that shape resources mobilization, distribution and utilization.

What we want to see is a continent where African philanthropy practices (existing and emerging) are driving systemic change.
