Chinese 7th graders are solving linear equations and doing geometry proofs. In Cleveland, kids are screaming in the bleachers for a rapper.

Only 6% of Cleveland 8th graders are proficient in math on the national test. 73% can't even hit the lowest level. More than HALF of the kids in the district are chronically absent. And 77.8% of the city voted for Kamala.
