@kiwicom247 Who looks after and runs your social media accounts? This person (see pic) comments and posts on conversation threads that you are involved in, and tries to scam your customers. Why are you not picking up on this? Is it laziness or incompetence?
@Em_to_the_m @kiwicom247 I would never use this sham of a company again! There are even fraudulent people who claim to be Kiwi reps posting replies on these feeds, and whoever manages Kiwi social media either has no idea or doesn’t care! Either way, it sums up their attitude towards customer service!
