मुम्बई के माझगांवचा मोरया गणपति आगमन के दौरान गणेश भक्तों पर अंडा फेंकने वाले 22 साल के युवक को मुंबई पुलिस ने किया गिरफ्तार; पुलिस को बताया आगमन के दौरान पटाखों से हुई थी परेशानी।पटाखों की आवाज से परेशान होकर उसने ये कृत्य किया ऐसा उसका कहना है।मुंबई पुलिस आरोपी को अरेस्ट कर आगे की जांच कर रही है कि इस केस मैं वो अकेला है या और भी लोग उसके साथ थे।।

23/08/2026 को माझगांवचा मोरया गणपति मंडल की श्री गणेश की आगमन शोभायात्रा के दौरान किसी अज्ञात व्यक्ति द्वारा ऊपर से अंडे फेंके गए, जिससे सार्वजनिक शांति एवं कानून-व्यवस्था प्रभावित करने का प्रयास हुआ। इस घटना के संबंध में भायखला पुलिस थाने में गुन्हा रजि. क्र. 520/2026, भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 299 और 196 के तहत तत्काल मामला दर्ज किया गया था।

मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए तुरंत 5 पुलिस जांच टीमें गठित की गईं और स्थानीय क्षेत्र सहित अन्य स्थानों पर आरोपी की तलाश शुरू की गई। तकनीकी जांच तथा उपलब्ध अन्य साक्ष्यों के आधार पर आरोपी की पहचान की गई। इस मामले में आरोपी 22 साल के युवक को जांच के दौरान सभी कानूनी प्रक्रियाएं पूरी करने के बाद महज 36 घंटे के भीतर गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।

आरोपी दानिश ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर लेकर क्षेत्र में अंडों की होम डिलीवरी का व्यवसाय करता है। हमेशा की तरह उस दिन भी वह अंडों की डिलीवरी करने के लिए रामभाऊ भोगले मार्ग स्थित एक इमारत में प्रवेश कर रहा था। इसी दौरान शोभायात्रा में चलाए जा रहे पटाखों के धुएं से उसे परेशानी हुई। इसी बात को लेकर मन में गुस्सा रखते हुए उसने यह कृत्य किया, ऐसा जांच में सामने आया है।
