Our newest project is the proposed #conversion of Rail House #Crewe. This change of use development will transform the 13 storey former offices into 168 high quality apartments. Construction is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2022 #towncentre #reuse #regeneration

A planning application for our #upwardsextension in #Wimbledon has been submitted. Working with @Hybrid_Planning, we’ve used #PDrights to propose 2 additional storeys creating 3 duplex apartments. The 1st storey mimics existing materials & the 2nd is recessed with zinc cladding.
