I love it because the "perfect" guys and all those walking red flags somehow end up looking even more attractive on the page.

I’ll be honest. I was heartbroken. I couldn’t stop wondering if I’d just made the biggest mistake of my career.

Worldbuilding can be scary.
I prefer slow-burn worldbuilding over exposition. Let readers discover the world piece by piece instead of explaining everything at once. A world feels much more alive when it's explored naturally rather than dumped all at once.
