@krakenshiro There are some things that you can try, like powering off the bridge, and trying to reset th bulbs with an alternative reset method.
We recommend sending a message to our servicedesk, so we can assist you in re-pairing these bulbs.
@Ry5ter These bulbs have different functions:
The shown Hue bulbs can only shine in one white colour, and can be dimmed.
The Innr bulbs here can shine in warm white to cool white colours, and can also be dimmed.
So: The same price, but extra functions!

@Ventaget Hi, with the Outdoor strip, there are clips included to fasten this strip. To place this strip on the ground, I personally would recommend to either place the strip without fixing the strip, or using braces of some kind to place over the strip. We hope this advise helps!

@legit_ioangogo I have asked one of our developers, and he confirmed that firmware updates can currently only be installed using an Innr bridge. We are looking into possibilities for installing firmware updates using other systems, but when this will be possible, is uncertain.
