Athletic’s season is off to about a good of a start as you could hope for. Nico coming out hot, Sannadi scoring, Areso and Navarro having immediate impacts, players like Rego getting chances, Laporte still pushing to return. Then great loan moves for a few key young players.

Always knew it was coming at some point, but nice to finally have Iñaki give some of the details on Nico. The decision to stay at Athletic happened a while ago. While the contract was getting drafted, Nico stayed quiet and out of the spotlight to “avoid the noise”.
