From Matt Towery: “I’ve been asked if President Trump should or will endorse candidates in Georgia’s GOP runoff’s. Other than @burtjonesforga who appears to be headed towards a win based on recent polling, Trump has little to gain. @DolezalForGA is clearly the favorite among MAGA activists in the Lt. Gov race and @VernonForGA has had strong support from Trump in the past for his election integrity efforts and is liked by MAGA voters. But, I don’t see the President wading into very iffy lower level races where turnout will be weak and results unpredictable. As for the U.S. Senate race, again @GovKemp’s support for @DerekDooleyGA makes the Senate race more of jump ball than expected. I see Georgia’s GOP electorate as uninspired and lethargic as of now. We will see if that changes after the runoffs. But turnout will be low and results are anybody’s guess.” We will have one more InsiderAdvantage poll the weekend before the vote.
To Matt Towery’s point, news agencies such as @BreitbartNews@carney report these stories, but the vast group of other “legacy media” do not or give it little play…and sites like @Google make it virtually
impossible to find in their news feeds. @GOP needs to get this type of news out to the masses to have a prayer of winning in November. https://t.co/4q2CDla2er
80% Expect Impeachment If Democrats Win Midterms

We have been polling (InsiderAdvantage @InsiderPolling and @trafalgar_group) @realDonaldTrump diplomatic efforts related to the conflict in Iran, a running survey (still on-going). By a significant percentage weighted partial results show more voters believe that @POTUS appears more prudent to be negotiating versus weak not to be taking military action. However, most voters also say they cannot trust Iranian leaders in any deal….the needle keeps moving as news comes out. Stay tuned. Final results in the next day or two.
From Matt Towery “Georgia has counted 38% of its vote going into the 10pm hour. What does this suggest about the November elections? The vote was not that huge. What is wrong with Georgia’s election process?”
I know there are a lot of people very excited about what happened in Louisiana tonight. I count myself among them.
But there’s an unsung hero that made it possible. I just can’t let tonight come and go without pointing her out. When @JulieEmerson was a state representative and the chairman of the Ways and Means committee two years ago, she crafted and passed the election reform bill that would finally create party primaries for Louisiana’s federal races instead of their jungle primary system that often protects liberal Republicans like Bill Cassidy.
Anyone who studies Louisiana knows that if Cassidy would’ve had the chance to run in a jungle primary, he would have likely increased his chances.
Even though Julie has left the legislature and is now serving as Governor Landry’s chief of staff, I hope you agree that she deserves a gigantic pat on the back and thank you!
