@Parh_le_GA But if there is no pre-dertermined fare by Govt, and it is their independent service, then they have right to sell it for any amount of money, increase it or decrease it as per the demand.

A customer may not take it if he feels like it is not worth the money.

It there is some fare pre-dertermined by govt, and they are overcharging it, then it is for sure an illegal act, and you as a responsible citizen should report it to concerned authorities to play your part stopping it.

@Parh_le_GA It's all about if your service is worth the money you are charging or not, and the number can be anything, and the customer has full right not to buy from you if he feels it is not worth it.

@Parh_le_GA You can also charge Rs 1000 more on Sundays, and again if a patient on Sunday feels he is still getting more value than he is paying for, he will again pay you. Otherwise, he will not.
