This week in Chicago, I will speak at a conference on the sacred balance between resistance and peace, exploring Iran’s undeniable right to self-defense and the profound roots of resistance embedded in Shia thought.
institutions, or powers that shape foreign policy from behind the curtain. That’s why history keeps repeating itself, not out of ignorance, but out of design. Power, in its true form, lies elsewhere.

Power, in its true form, lies elsewhere.
It’s astonishing how none of the U.S. presidents seem to truly learn from history. You’d expect individuals in such high office, surrounded by advisors, armed with education, and presumably guided by common sense, to act with clarity and

foresight. Yet time and again, they stumble into the same mistakes, blind to reality and detached from consequence.
This pattern reveals something far more unsettling: they are not in control. Their actions don’t reflect leadership, but rather submission, to interests,
“If not stopped, Iran will build a bomb in a very short time”
30+ years have passed. Iran still hasn’t built a bomb, but it’s been paying the price for it all along.
Netanyahu has been saying for 30+ years that Iran is on the verge of building a nuclear bomb:
📍1992: “Iran will build a bomb within 5 years”
📍1996: Warned the U.S. Congress
📍2002: “First Iraq, then Iran”
📍2009: “We have 1–2 years left”
📍2012: With a cartoon bomb at the UN,
said “by next summer it’ll be too late”
📍2015: “The Iran deal paves the way to the bomb”
📍2018: “Iran lied, still pursuing nuclear weapons”
📍2024: After attacking Iran’s facilities, again said “they’re close”
📍2025: In a new video after striking Iran, he repeats:
Israel’s attack on Iran proves Trump has zero real power. He bullies Americans but bows to Israeli orders like a trained mutt. Congrats, Trump, from loudmouth to spineless puppet. Used, discarded, and still clueless.
…they swore to serve.
This isn’t about flags, it’s about power, hypocrisy, and whose identity is allowed to exist without punishment.

It’s strange how easily patriotism gets twisted.
An American citizen holds the flag of their ancestral homeland, not as a rejection of this country, but as a reflection of identity, heritage, and the journey that brought them here. Yet suddenly, they’re branded as traitors,
Let’s be honest: a citizen waving a flag from their culture doesn’t dictate U.S. policy. But when our leaders drape themselves in foreign symbols, it reveals how compromised, how distant they’ve become from the principles of sovereignty, independence, and the people they swore..
President Trump, if you dialed back on fawning over Bibi, your tough-guy stance toward other nations might actually come off as impressive as you intend. As it stands, it’s just looking weak—aka that’s why China doesn’t give a shit.
Instead of uniting against real threats like Zionist oppression, we waste our energy in labeling and condemning one another. How much longer will we allow history to repeat itself before we learn?
The greatest tragedy of our time is witnessing the same divisive strategies that have fractured the Ummah for centuries still succeeding today. The colonial doctrine of “divide and rule,” once wielded by foreign powers, continues to fuel discord between Shia and Sunni Muslims.
