@WileyNorvell Sadly I have had reason in my own Brooklyn neighborhood to absolutely concur. I see one after another small businesses being forced to close due to exorbitant rents and corporate behemoths. I never thought I'd see Whole Foods and Starbucks and Trader Joe's taken on by NYers. Sad.
