Cinema becomes so boring when women’s performances are reduced to fan-war scorecards.

Also, saying Madhuri Dixit “covers it up with expressions” is not the drag people think it is. Expression, timing, body language, stillness, screen presence, and emotional control are acting. Not every performance needs to be loud to be great.

Madhuri’s strength has always been in how precisely she holds a scene...whether through restraint, charm, vulnerability, command, or that smallest shift in her face that tells you everything.

You can praise one performance without diminishing another. Great actresses do not need to be used as weapons in decades-old stan wars.
