The Pain of Unequal Forgiveness.
—
It’s a different kind of pain when you give someone a thousand chances to change, but they can’t even give you one chance to fix it.
i hope you find healing regardless of whether you have received the closure you feel you deserve. i hope you don’t wait for an apology to arrive so that you can finally give yourself the permission to heal. i hope peace finds you when clarity eludes you the most.
sometimes, it’s not a question of, “why won’t they change?”. instead, it’s a question of “why am i trying to change them?”. stop trying to mould people into versions of themselves that are close to a level of growth and healing you yourself have reached—give their bloom time.
at a stage in my life where i want to ease into everything i’m still healing from instead of going to war with myself constantly to find peace, at a point where fighting for my happiness doesn’t interest me as much as being gentle with me and leaning into softness.
compromising your identity in the name of loyalty is never a fair exchange. there is no love in sinking your authenticity to help someone else rise if it means losing pieces of yourself in the process.
you may not be exactly where you want to be but who you are now, in this very moment, is deserving of applause too. every single version of yourself that you once were was a key needed to unlock the next level of your life.
your timeline is divine. constructed intentionally, uniquely, for you. you are not too late, not behind, not missing out, you are simply unfolding. at your pace, at your tempo, at your bloom, right on time. don’t delay your season by poisoning it with comparison.

This is the first time he got physical on me. I was stunned, couldn't even move an inch. I was counting my breath as he release his anger towards me using the damn pillow. He is so aggressive.
true love doesn’t chain you, it frees you. it doesn’t shackle your growth out of intimidation—it celebrates you, it doesn’t shrink your self esteem out of insecurity—it elevates you, it doesn’t keep a tight grip on you—it gives you enough room for expansion.
Pero sabi ko lang is…
I have something for you…
Then nilabas ko yung tool sa bag then lapag sa kama yung wrench.
I noticed his face shone and his eyes sparkled [ofc kinilig siya]
The next thing he asked is the price, told him it was 100+ hehez. 100+ pa rin man ang 206. (3/3)
I bought a wrench for my boyfie yesterday. He borrows from the neighborhood kasi lagi when he needs it for the motor. Yes, a greenfield 24mm wrench. (1/3)
Ang dami kong plans on how to hand it to him kagabi, with matching symbolism sana of wrench on trying to fixing things together and tightening or loosing something in our relationship… (2/3)
