@adamforbes89 This is super important - I feel a bunch of AI liability policies are being sold directly via chatbots (new age AI bot brokers) do not even share this information at all. Exclusions are an important checkpoint.
Today, we're kicking off the first phase of the research preview for Model Hardware Standard (MHS): a new standard for AI agents to safely operate physical equipment in scientific research and advanced manufacturing.

I met a broker yesterday from San Diego & we sat with their entire team just to see how they work. It was shocking to see the number of excels. They earlier used Claude but it never worked out and for some reason - deployed our stack with them and let's see how that goes!
There is no place I’m happier than at my desk underwriting interesting businesses
I’ve done very little of that for years - because it’s too slow. I wont return to what I love until the infra is in place to underwrite risk at the speed of my thought so all expert underwriters can do that
A forgotten Insurance GTM? A century ago, MetLife sent nurses to policyholders’ homes for free.
It looked like charity. It was brilliant GTM.
100M visits created healthier customers, fewer claims and more trust for agents to sell. The impact was hugee!!
This will result in either a bearish or a bullish take on Corgi.
The bear case:
• Too many businesses
• Regulatory complexity
• Brand dilution
• Weak focus
• Operational sprawl
The bull case:
Corgi isn’t building an insurance company.
It’s building a financial conglomerate with insurance as the first wedge.
Which one is it? I don't know.
Corgi appears to be building:
Vertical brands that aggregate customers
Software that captures operational data
Claims that generate loss data
Community that lowers acquisition cost
Financial products that monetize a new audience
Regulated infrastructure underneath everything
I personally feel - the speed is the differentiator here. Corgi is AI Native - but what about other brokers? Insurers?
Corgi's AI Nativeness is fast, their GTM strategy is faster.
