IM ON MY TRAINING ARC. IVE had this friggin book for so long and have decided to finally use it! Part of my art journey is realizing at what points in the day I’m mentally able to study. Also avoiding screen time reserves my brain for doing stuff I really want to do.

@larsclue I love the composition so much! The only time I’ve ever seen the main subjects placed in the darker parts of the frame is for a dramatic/emotional scene. Here the subjects in light are secondary, making my eye-line swoop across the screen like a wave!

Current doodles. I’m improving on just being conscious of what I create. Instead of improvising I’m keeping ideas in mind and am identifying the stuff I fall back on when trying to achieve a goal. Stuff that feels thought through is just a download of another work I made before.
