@DrAnkitKPatel It’s a great question. These healthy fats are nutrient dense, but calorie dense as well. I would say incorporate these healthy fats as often as you can but know the serving size. One whole avocado could have 300 calories. A serving is actually only 1/3 - 1/5 depending on the size
