@QuickBooks The gist of it is that you have customer service that is NON CUSTOMER FACING. So it’s impossible to contact someone who can actually help, let alone speak to a supervisor! It’s truly dumbfounding!!
@QuickBooks customer service has to be the worst. In fact, it can’t even be called customer service. It’s insane that they can get away with this level of disorganization, lack of communication and ongoing issues. It’s truly a joke!!
2 hrs of support calls 2 #Quickbooks + all I did was try to start a new account this morning. Nothing works, like they say it does, in the end they had to 'change something on back end'. One of the worst software experiences of my life, for something that is 'highly recommended'.
Over the last WEEK I have had the worst customer service of my LIFE with @QuickBooks@QBCares, including the same employee ghosting me twice. At this point, I plan to just delete my plan and account because this is absolutely ridiculous.
@dark1x@Transform_Gamer Ever had a PlayStation 5 being delivered to your job and then get an email stating it was left at the front door...when. It wasn't...and there's cameras showing you never delivered it...and the driver actually stole it....right @LaserShip ?

@nikestore we got yet ANOTHER package that's mysteriously gone missing from @LaserShip. I know I can't be the ONLY one with issues from them. We're at 5 this year I think.
